What is Personal Training?

Personal Training is a great way to getting started with a fitness regime, if you are unsure where to start. It can also be perfect if you are already in a good routine, but need that extra push to mix things up and progress on to the next level. 

 

A Mounter Fitness Personal Trainer (PT) will create and deliver effective and "fun" workouts based on your needs and goals. No two clients are the same and each programme will be individual- based on you. 

Whether your goals are performance based, health focused, or you just need that extra bit of accountability, a PT could be the perfect option for you. 

You can do PT either one your own, or with a partner or group of friends to make it more fun and affordable. This can be discussed with your PT when you enquire. 

Our Studio Space

The fitness studio is in Pirbright, Surrey and is located next to Lord Pirbright's Village Hall, in "The Green Hut". There is a range of equipment including dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, treadmill, row machine, spin bike, boxing bag, pull up bar and many more bits of equipment and accessories you need for a complete workout whatever your goals.

All the equipment is easily adjustable to meet the needs of different clients and classes, and will look different throughout the day! If a class does not require equipment, it is all stored away to give more floor space for moving around and exercise mats etc. This allows more flexibility and variation within PT sessions and classes - it keeps things interesting.
