One to One Personal Training

Personal Training is a great option if you want to lose weight, build muscle, tone up and improve fitness levels, but struggle to find the motivation to do it. If you decide to do 1-to-1 Personal Training, all sessions are planned in advance and tailored to the individual. Sessions are always varied and never the same, in order to keep the sessions fun and different, and keep your body challenged. Monthly subscriptions and packs all include an optional health assessment including measurements, weight, body fat and BMI readings, as well as various others depending on goals. I also offer nutritional advice if required and 24/7 support. I also use an online platform called MyPTHub which allows me to record all of your workouts so you can view them back and we can track your progress my recording weight and bodyfat etc. I can also design home workouts for you to do once/twice a week on top of any Personal Training.

Small Group Personal Training

I offer training for small groups of people (2 to 4) which is a great way to motivate each other to do exercise and have fun at the same time. I train groups of all ages and levels so don´t worry if you are all at different stages. Sessions are always varied and never the same, in order to keep the sessions fun and different, and keep your body challenged. Monthly subscriptions and packs all include an optional health assessment including measurements, weight, body fat and BMI readings, as well as various others depending on goals. I also offer nutritional advice if required and 24/7 support.
