My Vision
My vision is to encourage and educate clients to understand how beneficial exercise and movement can be both physically and mentally, as we comes across all challenges life throws at us.
When it comes to an all round healthy body, the importance of training and nutrition and creating regular habits, is key to a long and fulfilling life.
Finding the right balance of strength training, cardio, mobility work and core strength is the foundation to a stronger body. If you need the guidance, I am here to help.

I set up Mounter Fitness at the start of 2017 after going through my own weight loss journey for about 10 years previously. I had always battled with my weight, and had never been into exercise or understood much about nutrition. I tried all the diets under the sun, did all wrong things and made tons of mistakes, and then decided I needed to change my ways.
I came to learn that you don't need to restrict yourself or exercise every day in order to have a happy life. Life is all about balance; exercise can be fun and you can eat the foods you want and still live a happy and healthy lifestyle.
It then became less about looking a certain way, or becoming this arbitrary number on the scale. It was more about how exercise makes me feel, both physically and mentally.
