FIT FOR ALL
Our special low impact circuit based class is suitable for all levels of ability. An emphasis on low impact exercises, flexibility and mobility, makes this class an ideal exercise class for beginners, over 50's and for those coming back after an injury.
Boxfit is a thorough full-body workout, which focuses on more than just the arms. This class involves upper body conditioning, which tones and strengthens the core, as well as cardio training, which improves stamina and heart functionality.
LIFT ME UP
Lift Me Up is a class built around lifting weights, and focusing on perfecting form and technique to get the most from various strength based exercises. It is a great way to build confidence with weights and improve your strength and lifting abilities, whilst being monitored closely by an experienced Personal Trainer.
